Network is a domain related to the Computer Science stream which has seen tremendous growth in the past decade. The rate of growth is exponential that the challenges have emerged to design new techniques, protocols and applications and are never ending. These technologies have led to significant innovations, challenges and problems in the current scenario. The main objective of the ICATN is to bring together researchers from both the Network and Information Systems with the aim of encouraging the exchange of ideas and experiences between these two communities.
